I really liked my first experience, and I did feel more energy afterwards (when I got home I didn't just crash on my bed in exhaustion like I normally do, I crashed on my bed and felt like I could actually get up and go for a walk. I didn't. I stayed on my bed. But I FELT like I could.) and the sore throat and cough I've been fighting for two days calmed down considerably. I also slept better than usual. I signed up for the membership but didn't feel pressured to. The nurses were very nice and made me feel welcome. The massage chair was a great perk.
